In 2010, Mark Klodzinski walked across America. He called his walk the Patriot Walk Across America. He set out from Western New York and walked to Philadelphia and then south to Florida, over to Texas, up to Colorado, and then back down through Arizona to finish aboard the USS Midway Museum in San Diego California.
The long Walk Across America took him 8 months and he walked roughly 4500 miles. He walked to see America and raise awareness for Veterans including his two brothers (both Army Infantry Veterans). He walked alone, by himself. He did not have a support crew or RV following him. He slept in back yards, campsites, motels, and under picnic tables some nights. His story and experiences are truly amazing.
For the last twelve years, he has been living in Houston, Texas raising a family and occasionally working on his books which he only recently started started to seriously work on.
A few years ago, he started a Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning business called Mr. Deeds Pressure Washing; to get back outside full time and enjoy the sunshine again!
